Outsourced Billing
Your staff simply takes the initial order and subsequent account activities—deliveries, returns and service orders—and forwards the paperwork to our office. Our performance-based billing team will handle everything from there. That includes confirming all orders, submitting the claims (including patient bills), tracking claims status, resubmitting denials, posting cash, researching A/R and handling all patient calls.
You will have access to our reliable enterprise software 24/7, allowing your staff to create orders, print delivery tickets (and other necessary documentation), manage your inventory, and print system reports locally, at your office. All of this is supported by our IT infrastructure, which covers total system maintenance, security, backups and disaster recovery.
Consulting
Accounts Receivable Management —We conduct an evaluation of your company's accounts Receivable based on statistical formulas for valid collectibles and reasonableness. Then we provide easy-to-follow recommendations for increasing your staff's efficiency and improving your cash flow.
Operational Analysis —Proper procedures determine your billing and collection success, and ultimately the profitability of your company. Education/Training

Reimbursement Training —We keep your staff on top of changes in federal Medicare, state Medicaid legislation and all changes in private insurance, HMOs, VA and hospice organizations. We train your staff on coverage criteria across all payers and provide procedures for submitting precise claims so you can receive maximum reimbursement quickly.
